We consider Arcade as part of our team. They don’t blindly follow a brief, but thankfully (gently) challenges something until clarity triumphs. We’ve never (physically) met and work on two separate continents, yet I’m still getting them involved in projects 5 years later. That, I hope, speaks for itself.
